Kindness Billionaires

Kindness Billionaires is an immersive mentoring experience that links young leaders to mentors to prepare for post-secondary life. Over the past five years, Kindness Billionaires in partneship with AIME has successfully recruited two hundred (200) mentors & mentored and trained about one thousand (1000) students with reports of academic improvement, personal development and transitioning to post-secondary engagements.

Our model is adaptable and scalable, allowing us to reach more students across Nigeria efficiently. We aim to expand to six regions and ultimately serve one million students which is about ten percent of the population of secondary school students in Nigeria (according to the World Bank collection of indicators, 2018). We recruit top-performing higher institution students, community leaders and industry experts as mentors, ensuring a high caliber of guidance and role modeling for mentees. We actively engage with schools, parents, and local communities, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the academic and personal growth of our mentees. We track and measure the progress of our mentees and our impact stories demonstrate the tangible benefits of Kindness Billionaires.

Computer Based Training

Computer-Based Training (CBT) emerged as an essential component for the schools we collaborated with. In the process of guiding their students through career mapping, we discovered that a significant number of them lacked basic computer skills. Given that a computer-based exam was crucial for their future educational opportunities, it was essential for them to be proficient in using computers.

Over 200 students have participated in this program and the majority have successfully navigated through the computer-based exams. They overcame their initial apprehensions about using computers, allowing them to concentrate fully on the substance of their studies.
